Our Story
At EW Architects, we started with the goal of providing the best products and services to our customers. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand that delivers quality every time.
Our principal has been in the construction industry for his entire life. After time with the family businesses of multi-family developments and a roofing company he founded EW Architects Ltd in 2016.
From this background EWA completed several high end renovations and moved from strength to strength into full blown and highly complex construction projects in the residential, hospitality, and commercial feilds.
We have had the opportunity to work sucessfully with several high profile clients while maintaining descreet and professional relationships.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a small design, construction and admin core with an extensive connection to a wide scope of asscociates and resources which allows us to scale to the needs of any project, large or small.
This formula has proven to be an effective and efficient method to acomplishing projects to a high standard.

- Architectural Design. Typical services as defined by the Jamaica Institute of Architects (JIA) from Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation, including liasing with the various planning authorities for required approvals, then on through Construction Administration.
- Architect of Record (AoR). Some clients who prefer to work with their internationally certified Architects would be required to engage an AoR. EWA has enjoyed working with talented International Architects as a local representative, guiding the project through completion.
- 3D Visualization. Currently clients can expect that CAD/BIM software would provide basic 3D modelling during the design process, however for various reasons a client may desire a more photorealistic or even interactive 3D environment. We enjoy the oportunity to take our projects to these next levels of visualization.

EWA Projects is our moniker for construction related projects. We have gained the experience needed to acheive quality results in all aspects of full construction from foundation to finishing.
Our strengths cover complex concrete work, particularly Cast in Place (CIP), along with intricate roofing assemblies and decades of experience with pools and water features.
We assess and build our team for each project individually and enjoy strong relationships with all the professionals required for us to acheive our objectives.
We are certified in, and employ, Procore as a project management software for our projects and have enjoyed working with external project management companies as team members for various projects.
